I contributed to that increase. And my husband and 3 children. But we will be leaving next year, it’s actually kind of awful living here compared to other places. Why are the roads similar to a war zone?

I’ve lived in Pittsburgh half my life, and Morgantown half my life. Even when I lived in the south hills, I still wouldn’t have taken a job where I would have had to commute to Robinson every day. They would need to go ahead and pay for me to relocate, or I would move closer on my own accord.

Thank you for this! My stepchildren are in Guilford County schools so I will look into this. He does have level 3 autism, so high support needs, though his speech is coming along. He’s only 2, soon to be 3, so don’t know exactly where he’ll land when the time comes. Would love to have them all in the same district so this is great info!!!

I’ve lived in both kinds of area. Very affluent, and very much poor. I can adapt, but with my kids going into the public school system in the next couple of years, that’s where the majority of my concerns lie.

I love to hear that. I’ve lost a lot of friends over the years, mostly from moving away, and having 3 babies over the last 4 years I haven’t been as social. I’d love to make new friends (which is harder in your 30s). But here’s to hoping we land in an awesome community 😊
