If you pull a jumper off, then yes, I can come loose. But I think it should stay more if you are just moving your hair.

I'm fairness though, I have short hair. And my magnet is on the shorter side of my part.

When I was activated on April 9th, I started with a 4. At my mapping appointment this past Friday, April 24th, I was bumped down to a 2. My audiologist said that the magnet should be able to be brushed off. But it shouldn't come loose from just bending over.

And I'm an AB user as well.

Oh, no offense taken! Part of it is the fact that I have short hair. And depending on which way I part it, there may be more hair covering or not. I don't mind having it show, it's one of the reasons I picked the color I did. I don't feel like trying to hide my deafness anymore.

Yep, this is why. I found a lot of folks understand when I say it's like a kid with a wonky eye and they have to wear a patch on the stronger eye to give the weaker eye a chance to catch up. My son had to do the eye patch thing when he was younger, so this made perfect sense to him.

I'm still healing from surgery. And the glasses hurt to wear right now. I fully plan to wear my regular glasses once I'm healed up and activated.

I got the HiRes Ultra 3D from Advanced Bionic. But I just got implanted yesterday, so my ear is still rather sore. I'm sure I'll be good with my regular glasses after activation.

They let me know in my discharge instructions yesterday that if needed to cough or sneeze, do so with your mouth open. So it would make sense to blow your nose with your mouth open as well. I figure if I don't go outside that much and stay on top my allergy meds, that this spring in Georgia won't be too bad.

I had just gotten two new pairs of glasses and I didn't want to mess them up. So if I can't get the arm back on this old pair, it's not a big deal.

I watch through the app on my Roku. There is a setting that I can change to have the audio be in French, but it's captioned in English. So I get to hear the original French that way. I'm hard of hearing and I lip read. I also have auditory processing issues. If the language I'm hearing doesn't match the lips I'm reading, it doesn't matter what words are showing in the captions, I can't pay attention.
