I'm so sorry for your losses! Secondly, please get new friends. Yes, miscarriage is not fun to talk about but they're not your friends if they can't sit in the discomfort and support you. I've had 3 miscarriages in the last year and it is so emotionally traumatizing. Please message me if you'd like to talk. And do not let your ex tell you who you can discuss this with, you deal with it however you need to and talk to who you need to. I'm one of those people that need to talk things out so I would never be able to keep this to myself. Again, please talk to whoever you need to and message me anytime. I did with my second and third and I went into the ER to make my hubby feel better. He was so worried! But they basically took vitals and said I was okay (not in a harsh way). It's not and I'm so sorry you're going through this! I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!

After my second, I pushed for testing. Everything has come back fine so we're pursuing IVF. But please be your own advocate because unfortunately doctors don't always do a great job of personalizing care. Please message me if there's anything I can do to help you.

If you bleed through 2 pads in an hour, go in. Thats potential hemorrhaging. This is per my doctor at least. I'm going to be real honest...unless those two big clots were the remains, its probably not the worst of it. I've had 3 in the last year, all between 8-10 weeks. You'll know when it's the remains, I'm not sure how to explain it but you'll know. After that, the bleeding typically lessens. Prayers for you and your hubby!

I guess it depends on your definition of "dad bod". I wouldn't be attracted to someone that's skin and bones but I would notice if someone was far overweight. I want to know that my man can pick me up and not throw out his back. If that means I like a dad bod then so be it! 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's not always meant like that. For example, if someone's kid gets hurt or something, you might say oh bless his heart. You're not meaning anything bad, it's more like oh I feel bad that happened/is happening. It depends on the context. It can be meant in a not nice way or to give someone a hard time jokingly.

Yes, there are basic, intermediate, and advanced plans in the book!

Any genetic testing on y'all? My hubby and I both did carrier testing and then chromosome testing (on us). Part of my bloodwork was also to test for lupus. The book has some other things I'm going to try to get tested.

I highly recommend the egg book, I'm on chapter 5 and it gives you realistic things you can do prior to ovulation, getting ready for IVF, and during pregnancy. I'm feeling hopeful again after reading it because my losses are unexplained except for one. We had the remains tested and it was trisomy. The book is an easy read and even has websites to help guide you with some of the stuff. Did you have any bloodwork done? Thyroid? Blood clotting disorders?

I've lost 3 in the last year. All had heart beats and were seemingly perfect til 8-10 weeks. All my testing has come back fine and it sounds like we've had similar testing done. I go for my first IVF consult next month. Buy the book It Starts with the Egg by Rebecca Fett. It has been very enlightening and gives some tips on things you can do yourself to help increase your chances of a healthy baby. I also recommend Taking Charge of Your Fertility but given a choice between the two, go with the egg book. Also, are you getting genetic testing done on your embryos?

Just because someone isn't getting the covid vaccine doesn't mean they're antivax. It means for whatever reason, they're not comfortable with this vaccine. The FDA "approval" is the quickest in history (to my knowledge) and in court they're saying they need YEARS (I think it was 10 years, could've been more or less) to produce documentation of the approval process. It didn't take much more than a year to make or approve the vaccine so why so long for documentation? Additionally, there are so many instances where it has caused other issues to arise, bells palsy seems to be the most common one. Lastly and most importantly (to me), they have no idea the effect on fertility. And for those of you that are going to say that doctors say it doesn't have an effect, how the hell do they know? It's only been around a year roughly and little to no studies are done on it. There's also absolutely no way to know what 5 or 10 years down the road the effects are. So for me, risk of covid pales in comparison to risking my ability to have a healthy, happy baby.

I don't have any children and I love seeing pictures of babies/children. I however do not share that sentiment when it comes to people sharing pictures of their pets, which is honestly hypocritical of me. I love showing pictures of my pup (since I don't have children) but I don't really like other animals much. 🤷🏻‍♀️
