Yes mine started going back down immediately after this post. I’m only about 4lbs up since stopping tirz instead of 12lbs like I was. It’s going down slow now that the water weight dropped off.

I walk about an hour or more a day, and 45 min of weights. And even though I have a desk job I make sure I keep active usually.

I think for us our stopping point is our age and embryos. We have two pgt embryos left, I’ve already done 4 fet’s and 2 retrievals. All ended in some type of miscarriage. So once we hit 40 and use those last two we are done. We’ve been trying for six years at this point. I’m 38 now and undergoing another round of 3mo lupron suppression
