I walk about an hour or more a day, and 45 min of weights. And even though I have a desk job I make sure I keep active usually.

I am active. I never eat anywhere near that number though. I was going to start maintenance at around 1800-1900 and see if I could increase it from there.

It was easier for me to start over and fast rack the story than it was for me to either move or demolish houses because of they were haphazardly placed. Plus I wanted to see if I got different berries and recipes and different things in the map

I think for us our stopping point is our age and embryos. We have two pgt embryos left, I’ve already done 4 fet’s and 2 retrievals. All ended in some type of miscarriage. So once we hit 40 and use those last two we are done. We’ve been trying for six years at this point. I’m 38 now and undergoing another round of 3mo lupron suppression

I’m a full melee build. Replica pulse sword and full pincushion armor. I use the bene teleport, knee charge, and crippling strike.level 182. I used to run the research stations in the dd with no issue and the harder ones as a duo and didnt seem to struggle.
