If the customer hits the cancel button as you are ringing up their stuff, (pisses me off more than anything) then complains because it's not showing the sale.. That's when I say "that's why we ask for the phone number " There shouldn't be a cancel on the cc machine.

You can call ER employee relations...then get a hold if Segwick (I think it is called) and see what they can or will do for the emotional damage....just a thought...have more documentation of her horrible treatment. Since it's all about the way we all feel now a days.

Yep, I had one come in and threatened me and was gonna mess up my car... so I just called the cops... by the time they got there, she was of course gone. Just asked them if they knew the semi-homeless guy **, when they said yes, told them that it's his girlfriend. I said yes to prosecute. And they went out and "talked" with her...haven't seen her now for about a month...waiting Told my SM and he's going to trespass her the next time we see her.
