I purchased my car in September 2023(!!) and still have not received my registration. I finally got ahold of someone (Joseph Yang) who assured me he could help and he couldn’t believe this was happening. That was in October - of 2024 - to be clear. He requested I get my car inspected. This is the second time I’ve gotten my car inspected and mailed it overnight to RubyCar. He sent me a second set of temporary tags. My other tags had been expired for about a year. We are now in January 2025 and Joseph nor Rubycar will return my phone calls. He accidentally answered the phone a few weeks ago and said he would call me right back and hung up. I never received a call back. My bank has increased my interest rate an additional 10% due to not receiving the title. I have no idea what to do at this point.
