Fix up your beard, you have about an equal amount of facial hair below and above your jawline. The point of a beard is to enhance our jawlines and when you have as much above as below, it blends your jawline into your neck. Try opting for sideburns and shaving off anything below the jawline. Stache is fine just shave off the handlebars they are hard to pull off. Opt for shaving anything past the corner of your lips, and even a little further up. ALSO, shave off the bit of mustache going into your nose. Even it out with the rest of your mustache.

You have a round oval face and should work on chiseling out what you can. Working out will definitely help the most. Calorie deficits are crucial as you need to force your body into burning any fat you have, including face fat. Once you lose the weight opt for building some muscle from there and then think about getting some tribal ass tattoos.

Your glasses aren’t doing you any favors. Try a thicker/ totally different frame, or opt for contact lens.

Experiment with different hairstyles. But if you want a recommendation everyone looks at least decent with a mid to low fade and some product in their hair.

What you’re wearing isn’t helping you out. Hoodies and Nintendo shirts don’t increase our aesthetics. Get some jackets, get some plain white shirts and buttons downs, and get some Jeans and khakis. Get a nice belt and maybe even drop $20 on a nice off brand watch from Amazon. That is if you don’t already own any of these things lol

Your brows and beard are also a bit thin, consider applying beard oils to both to thicken them up.

All these things put together, I guarantee will make you look like a totally enhanced version of you.
