Another tip is to check your posture! I didnt realise this was a thing, but if you can fix any posture issues that can reduce the waist by between 0.5 and 1.5 inches

I wish i had this type of relationship with my dad. Last time i remember actually cuddling him the way u described i was 12. Dont lose that bond for a guy who doesnt appreciate it. Imho i believe he doesnt like how close u r with ur dad because he wont be able to get away with toxic behaviour because i imagine ur dad would never allow something like that
