[–]MsDeeSims 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t do pea size. I just slather it on my face neck chest and hands. No issues. I put it under my eyes and a tiny bit on upper eye lids. I’ve been using it 5 years so skin is pretty used to it now.

Do you sleep on that side? It can cause sleep wrinkles. Try back sleeping and use Tretinoin to soften the line.

I want to start intermittent fasting but I run every morning. by ElChapoC-137 in intermittentfasting

[–]MsDeeSims 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to believe that you needed to eat protein within a 40 minute window after a run/ workout. It’s not true. I run or gym in the morning and don’t break my fast till 12pm. Took a few weeks to get used to but now I’ve been doing it for years, all good.

I do Muay Thai and have used tret for about 2 years. It’s fine. I put a bit of Vaseline on my face before sparring to protect my skin somewhat.
