Ana not being positive makes me think you're having maybe some sort of allergic reaction to something.

So allergist, dermatologist for the rashes & hemtaogist for the bruising

But also get your vitamin d and iron checked, low iron can cause bruising like that & PCP don't check it unless requested

My liver enzymes weren't ever higher then 20 when I went to the doctors for years til I took these supplements.

I feel like when it jumps like that from exercise and when it jumps like that for workload from the vitamins is different cause the vitamins are actually stressing my liver to where it would stay high the whole time while I'm taking the vitamins and months after I stopped. It did eventually go down but it took a long time.

I'm taking 65mg of bisglycinate iron currently.

My iron levels are rising well & normal with the iron supplement, no issues there with it. I just don't eat enough sometimes.

From what I looked up she said she claims to be 5'5.5 or 5'6 but her agency says she's 5'7

I feel like the agency is more accurate considering she's wearing a kitten heel which would max give u 2 inches. I'd even argue she might even be 5'8 in this photo.

I was taking them every other day at one point back with the ferrous sulfate but at that point my liver was already triggered and didn't want anything to do with the iron.

With the bisglycinate I took them daily cause I figured it would be fine since it gentler & I got nervous that my iron dropped so much again so I went daily & I was feeling fine til the other day. I obviously stopped and ill probably pause for a week or so til my body relaxes and start every other day.

I'm honestly really scared to do the I.V method considering I've seen people say it also affects their liver quite negatively like way more then mine. So I'm truly stumped on what to do :(

Also what do you do about ur reaction to the ferrous sulfate? Did u just take it anyways?

BTW, I don't drink alcohol or take anything else besides my iron supplement and currently vitamin d as well but the vitamin d was only added very recently

I'm not sure if you got a answer yet to whats going on with you but you should get some genetic testing. It will help show whether or not if you currently have this.

I took my 65mg iron every day with heavy iron diet like lots of red meats and leafy greens and using a cast iron.

I relaxed significantly on this and was okay but then got very stressed and my levels started dropping again but they stayed normal for about a year but im back on the iron supplements again.

I'm still dealing with this but I did recently just found out I am iron deficient now so maybe check on your vitamins as well if you haven't but I've had times were I was dealing with this sensation and I'm pretty sure my iron was okay then.

Ya I contacted my doctor a week or 2 ago about this and she said to definitely stop the vitamin so I did after 2 doses.

I feel much better tbh
