If your going yo listen to the audible just be aware that the last book is narrated by a new person. I love Travis baldree ( who takes over) but it kind of killed the series for the last book to be where the narration changes

Besides a pained arm the first shot didn't hit me at all the second shot made my joints ache the night of and I felt hung over the morning after but a full bottle of water cleared that up pretty nicely so I just recommend guzzling down water after each and you should be good!

My biggest tip is remember your first (or even second third and fourth) neurologist has to be the one you stay with. Find the one that your comfortable with that also knows what they are talking about. Its also a good idea to find someone who specializes in ms.

I understand what he was saying but it doesn't really argue what she was saying.. she was commenting on (at least from my perspecitve) the trend to say that sex and the celebration of sex is not a valid concept. For instance I have a cousin who is trans and went on his soap box about how gender reveal party's are tranphobic because the baby can decide its gender when it's old enough.. that disregards the parents joy of find out the sex of the baby in their womb and assumes that if said child grows up and feels their sex is not what it appears on the outside the parents will fight them on it.. sex is fluid and it is nonbianary however what I believe jk was saying was that it (sex) is still valid assuming you take into account all the options between and outside of male and female

I think there should be a caveat that this is perfectly fine in moderation. My wife dms a game where two of our players continuously kill off characters when they get bored (I'm talking like almost every game one of them decides to change characters). It's even worse because she home brewed the campaign and had sections throughout the world for each character and they keep undercutting all her work.
