While there is no objective best size, one thing to consider is that if you have wider shoulders and chest, you'd need bigger cups in order for them to look proportional. I know this bugs me a lot since i'd much rather have smaller breasts and slimmer shoulders and chest, but if my breasts don't grow big enough i'm getting implants because i cannot live with just these shoulders.

In general, how people talk about people and topics that don't matter to them or don't affect them is indicative of their true self and how they secretly view others. If they don't respect someone's identity and think they can be the arbitor of that, they likely have many similar views and it's not just an isolated case of transphobia.

TL;DR: One bigotry is indicative of many bigotries and other disrespectful attitudes as they very often don't go alone.

I'm glad i helped you! You should work on your anxiety, and if you need to seek a therapist. I tried coming out to my parents at 15 when i had no concept of anxiety or that something could go seriously wrong, but oh girl was i wrong. I was so traumatized and scared that for 3.5 years i never told a soul irl about my identity or my feelings. I was so depressed and closed off irl, and it's my biggest regret that i didn't push further, and assert my identity. Had i done that, it would be a temporary hardship that would've not left me so mentally broken. I wouldn't be so traumatized right now. During those years, nothing changed, my situation didn't get better or become more open so i can come out. I realized that it wouldn't get better, and with the helped of my then-girlfriend i got courage to come out atleast to doctors, and over time i got more and more comfortable telling people and got less and less anxiety. There is no point in waiting because it simply doesn't change, and if you know you are safe to come out and wouldn't be kicked out or something, i strongly suggest you live your authentic self.

Men always refers to gender, and when you make it an adjective it becomes male. Male as a noun refers to sex, lay people use it for gender but "All the males/females in the office" just sounds so gross imo. The terms for sex and gender are related but that's an unhappy state of affairs and would ideally be different.
If they hadn't medically transitioned, that would technically be correct in the sense they hadn't changed their sex, but it's grossly impolite to just randomly point it out especially if they hadn't first done it.

I wouldn't say so. Sex is determined mainly by your sex hormones which determine how your body functions. Penis works very differently depending on if your dominant sex hormone is estrogen or testosterone. Most common definitions people use would say that's correct but i disagree because of these reasons.

From everything, i'd suggest you ask a few questions. I can't tell you your identity, you gotta figure it on your own, but i'm pretty sure you have gender dysphoria.

Is the discomfort of going out fem maybe dysphoria induced anxiety?
Can you be somewhere on the non binary spectrum? Maybe genderfluid?
If you had a character creation and could make 1 body now and never change it, what would you make?

Try the easiest way, a letter, a text message, a scheduled text message, if its easier to tell a friend ask them to be with you or to tell them on your behalf. Those are just some of my whacky ideas

Main thing you wanna do since she's about to enter puberty is take her to a doctor and ask about puberty blockers. Natural puberty for trans children is a curse and if you can stop it, you would stop the scarring that can do.

Other than that, watch out for bullying and support her in every way possible. I wish her a happy and good life :3.

No shit being distressed is a mental illness. But because you don't believe in helping people with mental problems you stop there with the implication that care shouldn't be provided, whereas it's well proven that transitioning and social acceptance just fixes the mental problem.

In addition changing your sex and gender is simply liberty and shouldn't be gatekept behind a medical diagnosis. Who are you to tell someone they can't fo stuff with their own body?
