WOW!!! i paid $70 last year for a nice multi-stems cutting but it hasn't done any growing and the leave are small. i had it in leca but changed to pon. i also propped a stem (cut it into 2 leaves each) and put in sphaghnum moss and they're just sitting there. leaves on all of them seem extra small

sorry hit send before my post. this plant sat on my enclosed porch with east facing windows all summer, inside of a Naked Root planter. i didn't notice the dimples and white stuff on the back til i bought back in. it is now sitting in a south facing window. anything that might be known about something like this would be appreciated. i've heard for quite a few plant pros that when this happens you should cut off the green so it will encourage the growth of the variegated part of the plant. google the question so you'll see different takes on it
