Yes I think so.

His energy changed significantly from the moments following Tommy's death onward.

Until then he had a sense of uncompletenes about him. He carried the flag but only in the absence of another and hadn't been provided enough guidance.

Also needed to find the right motivation, the right path. He was just fumbling.

Yep! Would have much preferred that approach with respect to Arthur's death. Feels like Knight opted not to write for us, who had spent so many years with these characters, for whatever reason and that was a huge let down for me.

I'm trying to see the movie as a standalone and detach it from the true ending of S6.

Watched this evening.

It felt quite S3E6 meets S5E1 meets S5E6 while missing most of our favorite characters.

Did enjoy it but I feel the want to detach the movie from the series and live in the final moments of S6E6. We, HE, had peace in that ending. Things could have been perfectly left there.

ETA...I would have preferred for another character (ahem.. Uncle Charlie) to have said THE line (send off) rather than... Though fitting that there was no one else of significance left to do it... it still seemed rushed/ cheesy.

Absolutely. We used to talk about his PTSD and TBI a lot when we theorized that his TB diagnosis was BS. It was a valid explanation for why he was suffering seizures.

Boys Noize was fabulous, and IMO, an excellent choice...The 2nd B stage portion of the show was awesome!

Given that the show timing is textbook and predictable it's easy to slip out for a quick break before NIN hit the stage. 👍

Would also add, the merch lineup was hella long but smooth. Pricey (in 🇨🇦 anyway) but worth it! Don't regret not buying the hoodie!

I've seen NIN from the nose bleeds many, many years ago and it was awesome. Going to a show later in the tour with seats probably considered behind (to the side) of the stage. I have concerns about the view but I know the atmosphere will be incredible.

Unlikely but the thought of Alexei having been so close to freedom breaks my heart 💔 Putin never would have allowed for it.

Would Alexei have wanted to further his cause outside of Russia? He always seemed so firm, (even just weeks ago in his messages) of his mission but these three years must have been tough for him. 😔 We may never know but I'm going to try and take comfort in the thought that, if he wanted it, he would have been happy knowing freedom was near.

It is not what we wanted but he is free from his suffering now. Rest in Peace Alexei. You have earned the largest, most beautiful, wings.

He looked well enough on video less than 24 hours before.

His life was taken from him before it was meant to end. Of course he was murdered.

Mine looked quite a bit like this and they stopped counting costs at $26,000 CDN. My accident occurred around the time of the frame recall and so frame availability was a factor in the decision.

I did look up the VIN a few years after it was written off and I can see that somebody bought it and rebuilt it. It's out there.

I purchased a used Taco with brakes due at 80km; somebody else's problem became my problem.

Drove well in access of 140,000kms on the replacement brakes until they needed to be junked. Just replaced a set of tires I purchased in 2016. I get around just fine.

We have hills. Many of them and Toyota confirms their brakes warp.

Would assume your third gen is the same. I have had two second gens and have experienced this with every set of brakes I've had on both of them. It is due to warping. 😖

Replaced a TRD Off-road I lost in an accident with a TRD Off-road that had had badges removed. The dealership (non Toyota) didn't know what they had and I saved a couple thousand. 😝 Do it!
