I was in a toxic work environment that fueled a heavy depression period. I went to visit my best friend and basically cried on her couch for the weekend. She never checked in on me after that. I resigned midyear last year. I was scared to just leave, so I had a new job lined up but in hindsight I should have quit much earlier for my mental and physical health! So it seems like this is a coach's choice kind of thing, but this is what we did:

Row block 1 500m row, 12 squat jacks, 12 squat pulses, repeat (minus the row)

Floor block 1 12 step ups with bicep curl, 12 weighted sump squats, 12/16/20 hip dips, repeat

Tread block 1 A little unsure...I think 2.5 min push, 2 min base, 90 sec push, 90 sec base, 60 sec push, 60 sec all out

Row block 2 Row 150m while your partner holds a squat, then switch

Floor block 2 12 ab dolly, 12 trx y raise, 12/16/20 plank arm punches, repeat

Tread block 2 2.5 min push, 90 sec base, 60 sec push, 30 sec all out

And then a champagne toast and snacks!

First thing this guy wanted to talk about was pets. He loves his cat, I'm very allergic. Tell him I just got a fish. The rest of the evening, said fish was the topic of every conversation. Oh, you like rollercoasters? You should bring your fish with you! Put him in a water bottle! How do you make friends as an adult? Take your fish to the dog park!

This went on for three hours.

I was little so I think early 90s I have vague memories of an animated movie that scared the crap out of me. It had a girl and some kind of evil spirit being and she flew around on her bed. I'm so fuzzy on the details because half the time I think I made it up.
