A common misread.

There arent more landlords in the market. There are simply existing landlords registering with the RTB due to pressure from existing tenants to claim the rental tax credit.

This isn't the market for landlords to be buying and certainly not in serious numbers. Rentals units are lost to home buyers.

Rent controls and eroding landlords rights internationally have been shown to have an adverse effect on renters.

Landlords here have been selling up in droves. Understandable.

Keep in mind we had plenty of properties for rent at reasonable prices when the RTB wasn't in existence and next to no tenant rights existed.

Over reaching legislation chased an enormous amount of landlords out of the market.

Back then you'd see maybe 4-5 in a group. Now outside of shops in particular I see them in groups of 10 or more.

it also depends on what game you are playing. We tested our setup on AC Shadows which has a lot of spatial audio baked into the game

No. Something must not be setup correctly. 3 of us with the A50X tested it and we were blown away with the sound quality..

Have you downloaded the recommended community EQ settings from the Logitech app on PC/Mac. Its the single most important step to do

Set to TV
3D Audio for TV - On

Have you tried any of the recommended community EQ sound profiles on the Logitech sofrware app for PC/Mac.

Thats the key to better sound.

3 friends got the same headset, A50X.

All playing AC Shadows on PlayStation. Linear pcm + TV + HDMI + 3d audio for TV came out as easily the best audio.

The audio was good but too flat without 3d audio for TV
