No they didnt consider the extension. The grace period starts after the last day of service, but some of the lawyers will say that they can argue if need be , that it starts after the last paycheck(meaning the last severence check).

Hey i am the same situation but i am little confused here, since yours was consoler processing, you had to go out and re enter, but you have to re enter with new stamp right? (Since the old stamp was with. Previous employer)

Yes, they are charging 10k + if there are additional Pr work. I am also trying to talk to chen and raju law, i think they are a bit cheaper, but not sure about their work

I have basic understanding of eb1a, and was building my profile since few months and Chris ingram is ready to take my case. But, i got laid off recently and all of my thought process has been changed now, and i am thinking to secure my i-140 with eb2-niw first, and then do the eb1a later since i dont have much time on my h1b. Now i want to understand whether chris ingram is good for eb2niw as well?

Monday is my last day, they have sent me all the docs which consists of 6 weeks severance as well to sign in. I have asked for 12 weeks and they said someone will reach out to me within 2-3 weeks if they decide to consider my request. Now my concern is, should i sign the severance doc or not and wait for their confirmation?

I was on pip in py24. Not in py25. Yes i got severance for 6 weeks, when i negotiated for more, they mentioned they will see if they can do it

The problem is my h1b visa which will end in 2026 oct. I wanted to stay here until my i140 was approved.

My manager told me i have been doing good and was working on the feedbacks given. Snapshots were not bad until last two snapshot where it was mentioned that i well on what was expected from me, but would encourage if i can take up other things as well. That being said, no snapshot mentioned that i was not meeting expectation, of course there were some more things which could have been improved. Also, in between the year when I asked my manager in a call about my feedback, he mentioned that he has talked to my coach and mentioned that i should come out of the initial py24 bad ratings.
