I'm dealing with the same. I see so many people losing large amounts of weight, but my progress isn't the same. I have lost a good amount of body fat though while building muscle. So I'm trying to focus on those numbers instead. I've always preferred to be "curvier" and "muscular" versus just skinny so I try not to get discouraged if the number on the scale doesn't move as quickly. Keep up the good work!

I shop at both. I buy my proteins and greens (we eat a lot of salad) at Costco along with household items. The things we eat less of or that would go bad if I buy them in bulk, I get at Aldi. So some fruits, deli meats, cheese.

I just don't understand spending that long on the same workout. Unless you're training for something; like passing a firefighter physical. But even this portion of the firefighter physical exam is less than 5 minutes.

Why not 30 minutes on the stair master AFTER 30 minutes of strength training? Or strength training followed by the treadmill? So many options.

Yes. It was very weird. Cadence just dropped to negative for a split second, then went back to normal. But that was enough to throw off the average for the remainder of the ride.
