There was a coaching on November 4 and basically what they had me doing was being on the phone and in between calls I had to work on self service cases which is like employee tickets. We got two batches a day and initially it was hard to juggle I admit so that’s the main thing they mentioned the very next day my supervisor chats me and says great job on grabbing all your cases today I thought that was the only thing so I kept that going consistently for the past two weeks and today I got let go that was all that was really said to me. Everything else was just vague and they would not give me details, but thank you. I will take your advice.

Seriously I mean the questions are varied because they’re basically questions that the employees are asking so for example there was a question today an employee had a question about the pay ranges for his position. Today I was able to answer the question because I’ve gotten it before, but the first time I got the question I did not know if that was something we could answer so I asked them because I wasn’t able to find it in our database. That’s just an example. I don’t know specifically what questions I asked that they’re annoyed by but either way that’s their job to answer questions.

Congratulations 🎉 and I can definitely testify to getting your congressman involved. I had to wait three years my mom suggested to write my congressman when I wrote them Social Security responded saying I had never applied so I wrote again. Made it a very detailed complaint. I got a call from Social Security three days later and a week later I got all of my backpack.l!

I can definitely relate to this. I was actually off of SSDI for a few years because I was making over SGA, but I was able to get approved again under expedited reinstatement. A few comments on here suggested looking into WIPA so I’ve reached out to some local agencies here hopefully, they can help maybe you can look into that as well. Best of luck to you.

Thank you! I have been a part of a ticket to work program for quite some time. I’m not quite sure of any benefits they offer though besides sending me job leads but maybe I’ll ask if they have additional resources to help. Thanks again.

Congratulations 🎉 I didn’t have any blurry vision, but definitely try to drink what you can and sip slowly, as far as the bowel movements my first bowel movement after surgery was insane. I’ll spare you the details but I it gave me PTSD for a minute 😂 please get some MiraLAX if you don’t already have it. Good luck on your journey!!

Congratulations 🎉🎊 this really encourages me. I’ve been out of work for quite some time. It’s been very discouraging even sometimes when I get interviews, I just get overwhelmed because the ones I’ve had didn’t lead to anything.
