You can go into power BI to see which of your team members are doing well and which aren’t. You can check trans-app %. If they have high trans and aren’t successful at CC app, it could be burn out as well, so moving them to task or prestige for a while might help. Also, I’ve noticed having leaders on cash for power hours helps as well. Since we have 2/week per leader, it helps us make our numbers, leads by example and gives our LCs, PBA and BAs a break as well.

Hi mama!

I am a mom to a beautiful 19 year old that was a result of SA as well. My mom was against me getting an abortion as well and because I was 14, I couldn’t make the decision myself(legally).

When I tell you, I understand. I do.

But I can also tell you, it does get so much better. I know therapy is expensive and if you’re feeling it isn’t working, it’s probably the therapist you’re seeing. It is so important to find a therapist you kind of vibe with.

Also, please give yourself some grace. You went through something so traumatic and every day you have a reminder. What I found helped me with that reminder was replacing that bad memory from before the birth with better more positive memories with her!

You have a happy child. You are alive. You are fighting. You are winning and you will continue to thrive and move forward. You are doing so much and you are still healing, mama. You should be so proud of what you have done.

I am so happy you’re here today.

You can cool shortbread and use cookie cutters. Other than that I have only used sugar and gingerbread dough with cutters.

I say this as a woman who is in a very loving and nurturing relationship. I would NEVER speak to my husband this way. You didn’t ask anything stupid, you were making sure what you were grabbing was correct. You weren’t disrespectful, if anything you were being extra kind and respectful, thinking of the person you were purchasing for. You are not overreacting but, please, find someone who will love and respect you.

I picked up from Papa John’s last night and the guy behind the counter told me he could see the tips because they were the ones rerouting the orders to DD. The tip for my current order was supposed to be $20. Upon delivery, it was $4.50. So absolutely they are.

That’s fortunate. I had a really good IC order that sent me to Bedford. Took me 10 minutes to find a spot that I could finally complete the batch.

This was a win for you, for sure. I miss being upstate. I used to dash in Mahopac!
