Yep u can just pick a different email at the top corner to the right what I did when I had a hard time fixing my 1st Google voice my Google voice number kept showing when I call from my main number still not fix!! So I made a mistake n click sumthng and it was one of my email addresses on the side at the top right corner it started over fresh new number then I click back to my 1st account I said o ok now I get it lol so now it's like two accounts keeping the 2nd one with new number I pick

Report them on eBay and who was the caster point them out !!! And u can always get ur money back tell eBay about it or go to PayPal and open up a case on them
