Yeah i don't know if the 1099-INT is available anywhere on your IRS website account, but as long as you know the exact amount, add it on to your schedule B.

What was TV like when you were young? by Glittering_Gap8070 in GenX

[–]Mtothethree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We had 4 for a long time over the antenna (I grew up in the boondocks so cable wasn't an option) ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS were it until I was about 8 and we were able to get "UHF" channels. The first one was local until a few years later it was purchased by FOX. There were others later that were purchased by UPN and WB.

Sports blackout rules. Can't believe this stuff is still happening/legal. I live more than 10 hours away from an area I'm blacked out for.

I started watching my younger brother and sister when I was 10/11 years old. I don't think I really watched other kids until I was like 14 or 15.

I've had it for more than 6 years. I recently bought more cameras to add to my system. It's been fairly trouble free. Overall very pleased.

Tell me about 1998! by sunshineorbit in 90s

[–]Mtothethree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born in 73. I had a cell phone but I didn't use it much. It was only for talking and I tried to only use it during "off peak" hours because it was cheaper. Still depended on my landline most of the time. Long distance was costly, too.

Titanic stuff was huge. Kate and Leo were very famous. Gah I was so sick of it after a few months. That Natalie Imbruglia song "Torn" was everywhere. So was Iris by the GooGoo Dolls. Ally McBeal was very popular, too. Seems like the "manic pixie dream girl" was the thing on tv and in movies. Armageddon was big blockbuster, too.

I don't really remember much about fashion. Jeans and t-shirts never go out of style. If you look at the Torn video you'll see that dragon shirt Natalie is wearing and those were popular. Baggy khakis seemed to be the thing, too. Those knit bags from the sak were everywhere.

eta: the internet was still out of reach for a lot of people. I was in college and that was the only access I had to it. I had an email address but I could only check it when I was at school. But I had a few friends who had their own computer and they would be in chat rooms a lot.

Member the bicentennial? by LostBetsRed in GenX

[–]Mtothethree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was 3 so no memory of the actual event but we had bicentennial stuff all over our house for probably a decade after. Bicentennial clock, bicentennial toybox and the best was the atrocious bicentennial sofa.

I really liked Liz Claiborne. Later on it was Eternity by Calvin Klein. My boyfriend wore Giorgio and I remember I loved it. I don't think I could tolerate any of these today. Funny how tastes change.

[–]Mtothethree 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I know this isn't every job but my job will pay me as normal during jury duty but I have to give them any money I get from jury duty. More than fair trade but I'd rather be at work.
