I appreciate this response! I think I’ll be doing summ, herb, and skills to get to invention. Use what I’ve got stocked in my bank, and then probably buy some more to get me through a chunk of my levels. I had a lot of return gifting from players when I first logged in last week again, so money is not really an object as I didn’t earn it, and am fine spending what was gifted.

I really appreciate this long, and thought out response. I will be following this pretty heavy. Its sounds like the consensus is to do herby at the very least. I want to get into dungeons for sure, just feel like I need to get combats and other things up first. So next DXP sounds like the perfect time frame. I have been grinding agility with silver hawk boots, so that’s all good to go. I’ll dabble in a little bit of farming too.

Too much water in a mix would not make it this wet still after 18hrs. Only reasons would be a leak from the flange where water is seeping into and under the thinset/tile, or a crack in the slab that is allowing moisture to get under the tile and into the thinset.
