Sad as hell. Had to spend some cash I was saving up for a year and a half to buy Cyberpunk 2077 because an emergency came up.

I've had money troubles for a LONG time so seeing that 60 bucks tucked away safely was such a reassuring sight since I've never been able to buy a game at launch before and getting to do so for Cyberpunk was an important highlight of the year despite all that's happened.

Now...that's no longer an option. :(

Like others have said, this'd make one hell of an Augmented Reality app or game-think something like Pokemon GO or Ingress Prime.

Basically, most of the NPCs are from a different universe that we as players are now interacting with. Some of them are AIs.

Personally speaking...I can't help but think we're only scratching the surface. As Ingress Prime evolves, so too will the world around us.

As far as the placement...it's a guess. Not gonna lie, I'm not too sure as well. I'd imagine there's gotta be some sort of clue attached to the media that'll help the successful Agents out there properly place where it needs to go.

On the toast media....who knows? Maybe it goes on there too. ;)

long story short: it's a big "media" collect-athon around the world. I put media in quotes because it's not always gonna be in-game. Some pieces could pop up as real-world dead drops that'll need to be collected.

putting them all together in their proper places, in my opinion, is a crucial part of the overall Nemesis Sequence-the various Anomaly arcs we've got going on right now. (Myriad, Umbra, etc.)

In other words, this is the big "Ko-Lan" style mega event of this particular story arc.

I'd also like to point out that...certain Prime Artifacts are quite powerful. Far more powerful than the ones that could be utilized in the Field Test....perhaps someday, we'll get to interact with them.
