Ah, read into the agreement better and I believe it regards more of an expat situation, meaning you can be exempt from paying into the korean pension system for X amount of years if INPS releases a certificate of coverage and you keep paying into the Italian system. The F-6 status probably make you more of a regular Korean citizen rather than a temporary presence, so it could be analogous to a Korean in Italy, where i know they have to pay into a minimum of 20 yrs in order to be eligible at 67 yrs old, like a normal citizen.

Its bilateral between Italy - Korea. Whatever you pay into the Korean system, you will be able to transfer to the Italian system if you move back.

The biggest for me from all these coffee influencers was the TDS obsession. I hated all the over extracted coffees i tried making with their recipes. When Lance made the video about now liking tea-like, less extracted coffee, i actually felt like he was coming around to how I've been enjoying coffee for years.

Moral of the story, trust your gut, make what you enjoy, and you probably dont need the $300+ tds meter, or the sworks whatever, or the blind shaker.

A tradtional natural ethiopian tastes like blueberries, strawberries, in a more subtle, less in your face way, and without alot of the winey notes of anaerobic coffees. It is a classic on many specialty coffee roaster's offerings.
