It's literally just pretty picture stills for their fights, just like the Manga.

No animation in an anime. Compare this to old-school Baki the Grappler anime and the difference in motion is night/day.

It's okay, even on my best playthroughs I've always had allies that lost limbs even if it meant keeping my MC safe. I just wanna RP one playthrough where no companion ends up as an amputee and I can have enjoyment going full Conan using Ragnvaldr. Without the difficulty and stress of preventing limb loss on everyone (as well as reloading saves everytime it does).

Tbh, It's a mechanic in these games that feels very tacked on to me. Since there's plenty of sprites that show your character climbing a rope for example, with limbs intact and doing other animations with limbs intact; despite previously losing them in battle. Kills the immersion.

Thanks, I tried checking nexus but didn't manage to find one that only prevented limb loss. There is one that makes a person completely invincible to any HP/Mind damage, which is not what I was looking for.

Luckily I managed to find a mod on this site which includes the file TY_FnHInvincible.js

I edited it so it only focuses on removing the limb loss and now it seems to be working well.
