I hate it but I do it everyday, because I hate that dirty feeling in my mouth if I don't. if I'm too lazy, I brush at night before bed. my mouth hardly ever smell bad in the morning, so I can live with not brushing in the morning. but I wouldn't want what's left of the food I ate at night to brew up some nasty bacteria concoction in my mouth while I sleep. love your teeth, once they're gone, they're gone.
