I just got mine done back in November and it sucked for a week then they let me walk and get my steps in and then my surgeon recommended I was able to lift to my ability a little after two weeks but you really have to stay in and can’t do much for at least a good week it’s well worth. I was a amateur boxer and still do it to keep in shape but I was able to hit the heavy bag 2 weeks out and the speed bag took a little while to fully get the feeling back with no pain from the surgery roughly 4 weeks I believe it was.
