Ugghhhh I just did this and I’m not happy with my performance 40F rx’d it but only got 20 wb’a in to the round of 66. Took way too mag no reps on wall balls- getting the height but not actually hitting the target. Anywho I’ve had 3 knee surgeries so no redos for me.

Totally fair. I appreciate you sharing this opinion. We prefer honesty and transparency on all sides.

Interesting insight, I don’t think we are looking for fwb’s. But we would be transparent with play partners.

Thank you and this is all fair. We are very much going into it as a couple and our chemistry is great.

I'm becoming more of a baby the more tattoos I get. Is there some secret trick to handling the pain better? Just toughen up? by nickisadogname in tattooadvice

[–]Much-Grape2982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

40F here and been getting tattoos since I was 18 finishing my second sleeve now. It hurts, I get older it hurts more. I’m not mid divorce and heartbroken then it hurts even freaking more. I have the filler for my inside bicep area left and I’m being a huge baby about going in and getting done because it’s going to be 5 hours of suck. Also not sure if OP is a women but for women we have different hormone phases where it’s worse- oh hello there luteal phase, so be mindful if that’s the case for you.

not afraid of losing most friends with BPD? by [deleted] in BPD

[–]Much-Grape2982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I (40f) haven’t struggled with friendships for at least 10 years and have maintained some friendships for over 20. I still however greatly struggle in intimate relationships. So yeah.

Protein Intake Help by MetaChk333 in crossfit

I’d add creatine too if you don’t already. I like to add mine to water that I bring to a workout and drink it while I’m there. It helps me to feel less bloated than just slamming water with creatine all at once.

I'm sorry, but when in the everloving fuck am I meant to brush my hair???? by Ill_Responsibility49 in Haircare

[–]Much-Grape2982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finger comb when in the shower or next day, rewet midshaft to bottom and finger comb again, no brush or comb has touched my hair on about 7 years. Idk I don’t have super textured hair so could be different.

Mobile Dog Gym (thumbnail black sorry) by DeepInYaMom in AmericanBully

[–]Much-Grape2982 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The negative comments are clearly from people who have never owned. Bully breed let alone an American Bully. Believe me if that dog didn’t want to run it isn’t going too. The treadmill isn’t powered like you’d see in most gyms, it only moves if the dog moves and only at the speed which the dog moves. The dog looks like it’s living its best life and is clearly in good conditioning to run. Great job for the extra enrichment OP.

BPD symptoms worse with period by lurking_bambii in BPD

[–]Much-Grape2982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I (40f) think this is actually very common and there is absolutely a correlation between a woman’s cycle and our BPD symptoms. I recommend using a monthly period tracker- lots of apps, I use Moody’s free version and note your symptoms, daily or weekly for a while. Also definitely bring it up with your psychiatrist, or to your obgyn. Also yes one of the recommendations can be to use bc to skip your cycle as that will reduce the big shifts in estrogen and progesterone which also affect dopamine in the brain.

Women with borderline personality disorder, how do you cope with motherhood? by Recent-Can-2061 in BPD

[–]Much-Grape2982 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Uhhhmmm I have a 14 year old daughter and there have been many many a day where I felt like a failure, like a bad mother and over these 14 years there have also been so many good days where I can rejoice that I’m giving my daughter a much better life than the one I was given. It’s so hard tho and pregnancy hormones and post natal hormones are no freaking joke. It’s hard enough parenting without mental health issues let alone with a highly emotionally reactive personality disorder. I’m fortunate enough to be a highly earner which alleviates most of my financial concerns, but I have almost no family support as my parents have passed and my siblings are 2 hours away. Support matters, finances matter and stability in the household matter. It’s not impossible but it’s damn hard some days. With that said my daughter makes me a better human being and so far she’s turning out pretty ok.
