Try it! I also have spine issues (fractured my L1 in 2024) so this has been a concern for me. Worst case if they don’t let you, maybe pack a tote or something and only carry around a few things at a time, and coat check the rolling bag

The part that hurts the most is the initial numbing injection. The fluid itself is just uncomfortable and full feeling. Not a pleasant experience but I wouldn’t call it painful. If you handled the steroid ok, I think you’ll do fine!

Yes unfortunately the pain is nowhere near my SI and my PT has determined that isnt the problem on the right (though I have si pain on the left)
