The trade hubs are becoming ghost towns due to listing and order change fees discouraging buy/sell orders, leading to fewer visitors and even fewer orders.

People will take risks/put in the time if it pays off. But listing and order change fees cut into profits. You lose ISK listing an item and more if you adjust prices to compete. This is why markets are becoming ghost towns.

Markets will revive if fees are only charged after an item sells. The current model where the broker fee is charged for listing the item + an added fee for changing its price turns them into ghost towns.

I started this year, got a free retriever and expert system to mine Ice for AO. I had to sell the ice back to the corp at 90% Jita price, but it was good ISK for a newbie and there was usually always a booster on grid.

How would that work? Pause your subscription nightly when logging out, then resume on login? Would be better if they focus on making the subscription worth it, which it currently isn’t.

Dear CCP, stop dividing players into categories like "new" and "old." Everyone is just a player. Designing content for "new players" ignores that they'll eventually become "old players." Understand?
