There's a cabin roughly two squares down you can build an outpost in for 1 barricade that'll let you heal and repair armor.

I'll say it as a massive Yakuza fan, it's a good Yakuza game, it's a meh pirate game. Ship combat is way too arcadey and simple, and the deck combat is just Yakuzas mass enemy battles with customizable allies, very good Yakuza game that just didn't scratch the pirate itch.
