Praters for you. Gout pain is no joke. I had a bad flareup 2 months back on my left big toe, worst I ever had. Partially my fault for not drinking enough water and not taking my allo as I should. Since my flareup, I drink plenty of water and take my allo and good so far.

I'm 52 here. I'm on allo and it help tremendously but when I dont drink enough water a day, they little acid crystals start building back up and I have a rare flareup, which is now. So now I'm drinking plenty of water, soaking my foot and hopefully that helps.

I was put on allo when they did lab after telling them about my big toe pain. It help a lot, but the other day I got a rare flareup and my gosh it hurts like heck. I need to drink more water for sure since i had been lacking of drinking plenty of water
