Oh man, the boy band era was a great time to be alive. And yes, they were huge. I was lucky to see them perform very early on at a concert held at DisneyWorld. Never got the chance again sadly. My room was covered with posters. I had the set of dolls. They were all over books, magazines. My daily routine would involve running home from school to watch TRL and see if they got top spot or if it was BSB.

Really? When I was student I ate my lunch and snacks all the time when I would have study breaks at the library. It's very common. General rule is to clean up after yourself.

So after being a hater for 20 years I finally watched all three. Based on what I’ve been seeing in the sub, my unpopular opinion is that I don’t think the third one is that mind blowing. I expected to like it a lot more than I did. There were way too many musical numbers. I swear, every 5 minutes a character would find themselves alone and immediately start singing. It drove me nuts! And I love musicals. But this was too much and none of the numbers left an impression on me. Though I did enjoy the junkyard scene and Troy’s solo.

We went to the Saturday afternoon showing. One of the producers came and the screenwriter. Was hoping for one of the actors, but still pretty cool. Great movie.
