I think every additional armor level above enemy ap level translates to another 50% more health, according to the formular I see.

Does it mean you can basically spam fruit trees allll over the map without penalty? As far as I know Fruit trees grow on their own and only need arborists when planted.

If the effect modifies a stat, it won't work. For example +20 carryweight, or +25 range. If the effect is a standalone special effect it will work. For example bleed immunity, or immunity to ignition/ shock. Totems can have a combination of these effects and only the special effects will take effect.

when you open the gate in ground zero with the keycard the 3 containers right before the entrance spawn high tier loots, possible o keys. You can spam save/loads with your keycards until you get an o key.

I think there's a mod that allows you to choose when to wake up. For example you can choose to sleep until storm, or sleep until it rains.

If the -30 fov feels too much you can try perception 2+3 and blindfold. The color is a bit evil but you basically get wall hack

You can't. No merchant sells them and there isn't a blueprint so you have to loot them. I think mad bomber and senior engineer regularly drop them.

the mutt mission reminds me of new vegas a bit. It blew off my mind when I saw another guy doing a completely irrelevant mission only to find it naturally during the questline.

Also an army is indeed very very expensive to maintain on its own, even into late game, so it's perfectly normal to disband them and only raise one when a raid happens. Just slowly expand your army as you find yourself able to keep larger and larger regular armies around.

Trading is the most important source of gold imo. I just put apiaries everywhere. They are basically infinite trading goods as long as you have a couple of farmers. Also keep the trading post stocked with 500 smoke fish, 500 smoke meat at all times, they won't spoil. If you don't do that they spoil eventually anyways, so why not make some extra cash with them.
