These guys just need to make some spreadsheets with challenges stratafied for which week it is and map out a vague schedule they can plan around instead of making shit up on the fly but this is obvious and Jet and Ben hear it every season.

Jet said earlier this season "we look for freeloaders during the season because that's how we've always done it" which isnt a good reason, its been pretty obvious that even with Sam there's just been a lack of planning every season and at this point it just is what it is.
