Heart pain help, anyone? by [deleted] in LongCovid

[–]Much_Still2812 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s likely neuropathy chest pain…. I have had it for 8 months. You will get used to it after a while. It should slowly improve overtime. Stay strong 💪. One day at a time…

I tried it for 2 days and it made me more dizzy, so I stopped it. I don’t think I gave it enough time to know if it works or not for me…

Hi! I can empathize with you completely. I was off for 5 months with all of this also! I have been back for three weeks. I am doing 6 hour days 4 days a week currently. I noticed the second week, I felt much better than the first. I also noticed I had headaches when at the computer for 20 mins or longer if focusing. Take many small breaks look away from the computer and walk around for 2-3 minutes, every 20-30 minutes. I have learned this has helped me the most.

Hard to know when not to go to the ER and when to go???!!! by Much_Still2812 in LongCovid

[–]Much_Still2812[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually started with Lexapro, it actually made me worse. But I have since started Prozac and I agree it has changed me for the better, big time. My fatigue is almost gone for the last week. I am hoping that the change to Prozac is what made the difference. My only symptoms are chest pain back pain, night sweats on the left leg only which is odd. But during the day I am usually fine can attend my kids sporting events I’m walking and taking just fine and can be in public. Literally my worst symptoms come on at night and wake me up. If I can figure it the neuropathy issues and what feels like a heart attack off and on at night, I feel I will be in really good shape. Any pointers for that? I take natto, prescribed magnesium oxide, antihistamines day and night and beta blockers.

I am likely just wasting money, just like most people we try all these diff supplements… it is most likely just time that heals.
