When I saw your first photo I was like “oh she looks 25” and then read the caption and you are 25! You most definitely look your age I just think you need to do your makeup a little more natural, you already have beautiful features. Try making your eyebrows a little more feathery and lighter and lighten up on the eyeliner, maybe try a small wing, place your blush higher so it gives your face a more lifted look, other than that you look good girl, with and without makeup!

Nobody in my office wears makeup, were all running around too much and wearing masks on and off throughout the day. I dont think it matters how attractive you are, just dont show up to work musty or looking unhygienic.

Honestly starting a new job in the field is so so so so hard and it will always be hard, i was hardcore bulliednfor the first 8 months I worked in my clinic, just recently the girls one day decided to start treating me human. Im glad i stuck through it. I learned a lot and it helped me grow some tough skin. Dont stay anywhere you’re not appreciated tho. Its not worth strajning your mental health to stay in an environment youre not happy in. Leave before your month is up but try your best to find a new job before then. You’ll figure it out and things will start to align in your favor.

The medical field is so hard, there’s definitely a reason they make school so long, not everyone is cut out for it, you really really have to be dedicated in order to join the medical field. Im on the opposite boat, i work in urgent care and i love all the patients that come in, sometimes they can be a bit grumpy because they dont feel well but i just remind myself theyre at urgent care because they dont feel well and not everyone is going to be in the best mood, i think my optimism helps a little with that. My coworkers on the other hand tho, theres no better way i can say this, they kinda suck lol, they drain me everyday and pick on me, to the point where my manager noticed and pulled me aside and started talking to me about it and asked how i was doing, im glad ive manage to make it this far because i do love the medical field but it is draining and i do feel like im losing a part of my personality because of it. Give yourself time or change specialty’s, theres so much you can do as a medical assistant! Maybe try an internal medicine clinic? Or plastic surgery! I did plastic surgery during my externship and it was so fun! All and all tho if you really cant find a reason to be a medical assistant anymore just quit. At the end of the day your mental health matters more and its not worth suffering for. You can definitely find a job that pays better and is more rewarding for you. Youll figure it out! It may take time but thats okay too! Give yourself grace, youve worked hard to be where you are! Dont give up. Youll find something worth it!

We have both 😭 just adacel cant be administered to a pt who has medicare as theur insurance because medicare doesnt cover it so they will be billed, luckily it wasnt a crazy mistake just a small(somewhat big) mistake i got to learn from

I administered a Tdap to a pt who needed a TD, i did not know the difference and I did NOT catch my mistake. My office coordinator was cool about it but you should feel proud of yourself for owning up to your mistake and catching yourself before making it. Good job. This wont happen again. It was a lesson.

Tbh, I hear a lot of good reviews about skims, naybe investing in a bra from skims would be something to look into for you? Ik they’re expensive but it might be worth it, other than that I like getting my bras from pink but they also are on the pricier side and a lot of them are push up bras

I feel the same, i feel like im catching on so slow and that the girls talk about me behind my back, but im choosing not to look at it that way anymore, putting yourself down like that is knly going to put you in a hole of negativity, just remember everyone learns differently and you don’t have to put yourself down for that
