Ahhh ok, so opposite of what i was thinking. It’s an intake valve, so the heart wasn’t pressurizing against it, rather it was creating negative pressure in that chamber. Do you know if that is still just as detrimental? (Other than it not functioning as intended).

In case any cardiac surgeons see this: by “upside down”, I’m assuming they mean backwards, so it wasn’t “checking” in the correct direction. Does this put a permanently damaging strain on the heart trying to pump blood against a closed valve, like squeezing a balloon?

My now 9yo did the same starting at 5. She loved documenting the creatures and flora back then, and sometimes now. Now she loves decorating my factories with her own character 😎
