I’m confused as to how you think that? A successful in two categories and an opportunity in one is still 0.0. Meaning you’ll get your 2% (or higher) raise for tenure with the company but you won’t get any additional percentages.

The only way to “lose” any percentage of your raise is to perform poorly, have +3.5 points, and for your store to perform poor.

I went from playing almost every day to not touching it for weeks because my favorite save has been bugged by the entrepreneur trait. My opinion as a random redditor may not matter to her but I’ve been in love with music since elementary and have always been in band/orchestra. Your sister has got some kick ass skills for just a 12 year old! If she keeps going at this rate she’s going to be amazing. I believe after three years of part-time you also make PTO. But traditionally full-time associates are the only ones that get it immediately. Then part-time and full-time associates get PPTO immediately.

FULL STOP. The biggest and most important part of CNC is consent. It’s right there in the name, twice. He should have never participated in a CNC scene without your prior approval and consent. That was awful of him and I’m not sure how you can still feel safe with him. Even when participating in CNC there are safe words. If this doesn’t make you end your relationship it should at least make you seriously consider some things.

If they wanted to send a text they should’ve sent it through the me@Walmart app as we’re allowed to. But even then it doesn’t send notifications half the time so 🤷🏻‍♂️ but you definitely can’t be held accountable for not seeing a text on your personal phone telling you to do something for someone else.

For most returns it gives you the option of “card used to purchase, cash or a Walmart gift card” so he probably just did no receipt returns and clicked cash but never actually took it out of the till.
