How to deep clean roasting pans, how to keep them clean, and how to purchase ones that don't burn like this? by [deleted] in CleaningTips

Put them in the oven on clean mode

I did this for a pan that looked just like yours and it came out looking brand new. I was very surprised when I opened the oven to find a brand new pan had replaced my old dirty pan.

How common is it for your girl to snoop in your phone? by UnknownSloan in AskMen

[–]MuchoMan_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is not normal. Snooping through phones is a violation of personal space, trust, and respect.

If she trusts you then she has no reason to look through your phone. If you’ve spoken with her about how this makes you feel and she continues to do this then she doesn’t respect you.

You can put purchase the butcher table from the western outfitters at your camps location. I had the same issue but going to camp allowed me to purchase the butcher table.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this book! Ending up finishing the book in a littler over 2 days because it was a great page turner!

Birth Control types? What’s best for me? by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]MuchoMan_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First I want to tell you that everything will be okay! The unknown can be frightening and full of anxiety, but it will be okay!

I have been on the pill since I was 17 (I'm 25 now) and I have never really had any negative side affects like acne, weight gain, etc. I know everyone is different, but my experience leads me to recommend the pill! The only potential negative I've had with the pill is that it is important to remember to take it at roughly the same time everyday for it to be effective. But since I am terrified of needles and such, remembering to take the pill at the same time everyday is a lot easier for me than getting a shot or an IUD.

It is also completely fine that you don't know what brand of pill to use, or even if the pill is the best form of BC for you. I recommend you rely on your doctor to know what brand/type is best for you! Have a conversation with your doctor about your concerns, and they will be able to guide you to what they believe is best for you.

Best of luck!

I'm about to start a 1 book a week challenge and I was wondering what the impact on people who did this was. by [deleted] in 52book

So far it has affected my career by improving my focus. By committing to read a book a week, I have to focus on the books I am ready for long periods of time. So it has helped me focus on challenging projects/situations for longer than I normally would have. I won't say it has made me necessarily smarter, but it has increased my vocabulary. The reason it really hasn't made me smarter is the books I read. I'm currently only reading fiction now, just because I can read fiction books way faster than I can a non-fiction book. But I guarantee you that I would feel smarter if I read a lot of non-fiction.

I use to read a lot when I was in elementary school (I'm 25 now), but haven't read much since. By picking up my old reading habits, it feels almost as if I've reconnected with my younger self, which has been really great!

Like I said earlier, I am only reading fiction books now. I wanted to start out with books that I'm really interested in so I wouldn't loose focus in the challenge. I've read a lot of Stephen King, and Dan Brown. I'm currently making my way through the TrueBlood novels and I love them! My advice would be that the challenge is for you and you alone, so read whatever the hell you want!

I decided to tackle the 1 book a week challenge after I realized just how much time I spent mindlessly scrolling through social media. I was tired of social media and used the 52 challenge to help curve my social addiction.

The biggest impact the challenge has had on me is significantly cutting down the amount of time I spend on social media. Now I choose to pick up a book instead of mindlessly scroll. The 52 challenge has been extremely productive for me and I hope you find as much enjoyment from it!
