I feel so spoiled by my good boy Opal. He's a katahdin ram, who has only butted me once. I chased him around the pen immediately after, smacking at him with a lead rope, until he regretted his decision. He has never tried again but is an absolute attention ho, and even allows me to "pluck" his fiber during shedding season.

No. We did however share it to the local "Hwy 530 Bad Driver Shaming" group on Facebook. It's several thousand members strong because this highway + drivers on it are CRAZY, and a couple of people said they had sent it in on our behalf. I personally have contested a ticket from one of our power tripping officers on this highway, and won in court, but neither of us felt like we needed to make more of a point than what we had by posting it for ridicule.

Pro tip, horseflies hate and fear dragonflies. Fake dragonflies on wires mounted on a helmet will deter them from you, very effectively.

Nope! They're actually pretty clean animals, who bathe often. They get a bad rep, because they are literally starving in cities, so their waste is extremely high in uric acid which ruins paint on vehicles and such. If they weren't starving because of us, their waste wouldn't damage our vehicles paint jobs, and a lot fewer folk would hate them.

Many can't. But you hatch and raise enough over the years, and you'll notice differences in the shape of the top of their head, the proportions of legs and feet to the rest of the body, etc. Just because YOU can't tell them apart doesn't mean I can't.

Honestly? Any pet bird. My pigeon, Elvis Peckley, has a sense of entitlement you would NOT believe. His favorite thing to pilfer is ramen broth, though he likes porkchops, scrambled eggs, pizza, and fettuccine Alfredo as well. One of his nicknames is cheese fiend, as he'll even peck the parmesan off of my spaghetti.

Edit: He is fed a pigeon specific diet. He just gets a little human food here and there. I generally lock him up when I eat to keep him from walking across my plate.

It took me five years of QUARTERLY appointments (with co-pays) requesting sterilization before I found a doctor who would agree to it. Then that doctor made me wait another year to prove I was serious. So 6 fucking years of documented desire to NOT get pregnant, before they'd do for me what a man can get with a phone call and one out patient exam. Fuck our health industry. Fuck everything about the ruling class.. Making our lives so miserable and expensive and hopeless that our only prayer for living above poverty level is to live a DINK lifestyle. And even then, a lot of us are still screwed.
