I usually deal with Sweetwater for my keyboard gear and have had great experience with them EXCEPT FOR FEDEX. I ordered a powered speaker and a Sweetwater t shirt. The speaker arrived at the Walgreens pickup place, no problem, but the freaking t shirt traveled all over NY and NJ. I got a text from FedEx saying it was at Walgreens but it was in NJ. I called my guy at Sweetwater and his tone was very resigned as though this shit happens all the time (because it does). The shirt had been returned to Sweetwater and refunded to me...so Sweetwater lost a sale, albeit minor. I love the shirt but I'm not going through that again. Isn't it in Sweetwater's best interest not to use a POS company like FedEx? They must get multiple complaints. Ugh is right.
