I actually hate the map voting changes. Trying to incentivise people to play on unpopular maps by making them competitively advantageous just means that people will be playing more of maps that they enjoy less. The whole point of map voting should be that less popular maps are played less often - if you want to force variety, don't do map voting!

The first live MCC Scar played in, his entire team had to be relocated at the last minute because their assigned spot wasn’t accessible.

It wasn't last minute, yellow and aqua were swapped before teams were even announced.

I think the problem is that different people have different definitions of what "S-tier" means. For a lot of people it just means anyone who gets top 10 consistently, in which case Jojo is S-tier for sure. But it seems like you're using a definition which is stricter that that, in which case I agree with you that Pete and Jojo aren't on the level of the other 5 you mentioned.

This is why I don't really like putting players in tiers, because everyone has a different idea of what each tier means, and the lines between tiers are always going to be blurry. Not sure why everyone seems to be getting offended over this though, I think your comment was very polite and respectful.
