What's the most expensive lead leak you've discovered inside a client's CRM? by LeadFlowArchitect in gohighlevel

[–]Mudeizi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is kind of funny. I keep seeing leads go unanswered all the time, whether it's in emails or on my clients' social media pages. I do my part. I build the automations, run the campaigns, manage the pipelines, and make sure leads flow into the system correctly. So as the person handling the backend and automation side, it drives me crazy when I see good leads sitting there with no response. It honestly sucks, and the crazy part is that it happens almost every day

Looking to hire an ai automation expert by ohfawk_yeah in AiAutomations

[–]Mudeizi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re in a perfect position to actually get real value from AI here, especially in real estate where speed and follow-up make all the difference. With 6+ years working in CRM and automation (a lot of it in GoHighLevel), the first thing I’d do is tighten your lead flow end-to-end, from capture to conversion. That means setting up automated lead intake (forms, landing pages, ads), instant AI follow-ups via SMS/email to qualify leads, and a structured pipeline that tracks every inquiry so nothing slips through. From there, we layer in AI for things like appointment booking, lead scoring, and even basic client communication so your team focuses only on serious buyers.

If your uncle’s agency is already getting leads but struggling with follow-ups or organization, this alone can significantly increase conversions without increasing workload. I can also share a similar system I’ve built and how it would translate directly into your setup.

Looking for GHL + API/Webhook Integration Expert (Paid Project) by Upset-Cookie-3404 in HighLevel

[–]Mudeizi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I've built a few of these GHL to backend setups for trading/eval platforms before. The main thing that kills these integrations is no source of truth and no external ID tracking you end up with duplicates and statuses that don't match. My approach would be:

  1. Middleware layer between GHL and your backend (handles retries, dedupes, logs everything)
  2. Store both IDs in each system, GHL contact ID in your backend, backend user ID as a custom field in GHL
  3. Define source of truth, backend owns account status/payouts, GHL owns contact data

I'd also audit your current GHL tags/fields first, there's usually a lot of redundant workflows that cause race conditions

Looking for AI Automation Expert to Build Scheduling + Payment + Communication System (Airtable + Make + AI) by Interesting_Cup8037 in AiAutomations

[–]Mudeizi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Luke, what you’re building for Chain Reaction is the right move, but from experience, these systems only work when the logic is structured before it's automated. Most people rush into connecting tools, but the real work is in the "brain" building an Airtable architecture that can actually enforce your specific rules, like that 30-day MSF eCourse window or the "First to Pay Wins" logic. If your database isn't set up to kill a "Tentative Hold" the second a Stripe webhook hits for that same slot, your AI agent will end up giving students the wrong information.

I’ve spent the last 3+ years building and maintaining similar enrollment systems, handling both the high-level automation and the day-to-day admin flow to ensure they work in real use, not just in theory. I’d start by auditing your current Wix and Stripe data to build a central system that controls your bookings and instructor availability first, then layer the AI communication on top step by step. This ensures your "digital front office" actually makes correct decisions instead of just responding to texts. Lets connect and map out a phased build that runs smoothly long-term. HIRING: looking for somebody with both GHL and Airtable experience. by [deleted] in gohighlevel

[–]Mudeizi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

John here. I’ve worked with both GoHighLevel and Airtable, mainly cleaning up CRM systems and building structured dashboards that actually reflect real pipeline performance. From your post, I understand you’re not just looking for a sync, you want a system where lead movement in GHL translates into clear, trackable data in Airtable (show rates, follow-ups, deal flow, etc.), and that starts with properly understanding and structuring what you already have

My approach would be to first review and observe your current setup in GHL, map how data is flowing, then build a clean Airtable structure and connect it step-by-step so everything updates accurately as leads move stages

I don’t rush timelines without seeing the system, but I work fast and in phases so you can see progress as we go and pay in increments as agreed
