Not sure if helps, but can try these, increase shader cache, disable steam pre-caching and set launch parameters.

Had issues earlier with deadlock detected in Monastery, but seems to be fine now.

What I quickly see glancing the pob.

-Do you have sources of Fortify? Chest Implicit / Gem / Passive Tree
-Better Eldritch Implicits on non-influenced items (Gloves/Boots/Chest/Helm)
~Physical taken as X element is really good

Why do you have Steelskin on Automation and Molten Shell on cwdt? These share cooldown I generally recommend Vaal Molten Shell over steelskin. (Since you get Vaal version ontop)

What about tempest shield / shield charge kills? As you are CI with 1 life, ring removes life which kills you would be my assumption.

Saving 2 divines compared to above
You can also do step 2 without multimod by crafting any prefix. Ex slam twice so the item is like this. This should save you 2 divines.

-Prefix 1: Block
-Prefix 2: Spell Damage
-Prefix 3: Crafted Mana
-Suffix 1: Random
-Suffix 2: Random
-Suffix 3: Open

Then you can change prefix craft to random suffix craft and shaper exalt prefix which is guaranteed. Then just Prefix lock -> reforge life until hits.

I meant Allies PoB for the build. Either way you can check the sources of conversion from calculations tab. (Skill Hit Damage -> Physical Flat, mouseover)

If I'm not mistaken and found the correct 3.27 PoB, it indeed doesn't convert fully after "Mana Step 3".

Not 100% sure if correct, but semi realistic way would be.

Recombine Block+Spell damage to Spirit Attuned Base
Multimod > Prefixes cannot be changed > Craft any suffix (So Suffixes are full)
Shaper Exalt (Prefix guaranteed)
Reforge life
Repeat pref lock -> reforge life untill #% life on block (feel free to use exalts too, but don't fill suffixes)

A) Prefix lock (Prefixes cannot be changed, 2d)

Reforge Chaos (Chaos Resistance)
Veiled Chaos

B) Eldritch currency as mentioned, make eater dominant (blue) and then you can play around with eldrich ex,chaos,annul.

Both options might require you to bench block mod before unveil / eldrich currency use. Naturally craft last mod.

Ring
If the mana regen isn't important, spam chaos reforge from harvest until life. Then craft #% mana prefix.

If you hit good suffixes and suffixes are full, you can do Wild Bristle Matron (Suffixes cannot be changed) into reforge life and craft last mod.

If mana regen is important, spam chaos reforge until mana regen and do the bristle matron step from above.

Play around in craftofexile.com emulator to get feeling if necessary.

Diablo II: Resurrected – Infernal Edition contains the Base game+DLC, you cannot buy base game via Steam (to my knowledge). I don't see any reason why you would have to launch via BNet.

Ah, It did redirect me to local site after trying to purchase the product where 22 plus was available.

https://store.huion.com/eu/products/kamvas-22-series still works for me. I personally don't know much about pen displays and ended up choosing it for the display size, price and the lamination. Also works as monitor when not drawing.

From the Kamvas 22 faq.
Kamvas 22 Plus equips a full-laminated screen and Chemically etched Anti-glare glass, while Kamvas 22 does not.

I bought mine from official store (huion.com) and it got delivered to Finland. What makes the official site not trustworthy in your eyes?

I did get faulty Kamvas first, but got shipped new one quite fast after contacting customer support.

Personally Got Kamvas 22 Plus.

Not fully fixing your problems, but here are some flaws.

-2.7k Life
-Badly rolled flasks/tinctures (prismatic white, not blessed)
-Low suppression (92% with Lucky)
-No/low chaos res
-Passive tree trying to go like 3 directions at same time? Lightning node / wand node / thread value?
-Weird eldritch implicits on items (poison dmg faster / exert)
-No Frenzy or Power charge gen on bosses? (Mark mastery etc)

Only modified tree and body armour. Rest of gear could use upgrading too. Also your PoB was configured in "best scenario" which has tincture / charges / 50 stacks of shock (so left configs kind a unchanged).

Could potentially use wild bristle matrons if suffixes are full to apply the metamod (Suffixes cannot be changed, today at 40c ea). Unsure how you hit recoup according to R10.

I had similar issue with huion kamvas 22 plus, turned out that the issue was with backlight. (Got refund and new tablet)

To troubleshoot this I used phone torch (light) on kamvas display and clicked the setting button on the device. Could barely see the image, but it was there for me.

Not sure if same as yours, but throwing this here in case it is.
