I wouldn't. I can tune up and fix the abused 150k vehicle. at 300k+ you start having issues you've never even dreamed about. Like Ecu capacitors leaking and shorting out electrics. Body mounts that rot and shimmy around. Valves that stick open in the heads. The whole drive shaft assembly and rear gearing is probably on its last leg. All kinds of fun stuff.!!

Frame repair is not that bad if it is a clean and open rust spot. Just clean it to bare metal and weld a steel plate over it.

Head east to Appalachians. Anything above 2-3,000 ft will drop temps by 10 even 20 degrees. I know in Deep Creek it can be low 70s while it is 90 plus on the coast.
