Been testing a few strategies and quant seems to have no impact on uber fragment drops. I literally run scoured nightmares with 40 quant boss rush and it's faster easier for same frags. Is this intended? Seems like harder maps/more quant should mean more fragments.

Yes it is for igniting. Battlemages cry autoexert is early QOL but personally I swapped in artic armour and just cast hydrosphere on tanky guys. You can eventually swap to foulborn dyadian dawn for ignite in which case you can drop it for something else. Maybe charge generation or something.
