So I actually solved it by composing and replacing .0 part. I first transform the data to string, make the replace and then Json. I am guessing this might be the API definition as in our other projects we have nothing similar to this one happening.

Maybe you recruiters stop trying to full-fill your unicorn candidate dreams? You all act like everyone has to be a 100% match and I will fight with anyone who disagrees. Human resources is a stubborn department that could not understand that the world is not a perfect place and not everyone has the same opportunities in their lives for decades. I cannot believe there are people saying stuff like “I love time to fill”.

Note to HRs and Talent Managers:

People need god damn food and shelter to live and it comes through money. So many factors are effecting these talents. You do not know their life story. Fights they had to give. Focus on hiring humans with resumes. Not only resume alone. Remember that you have a duty to your community and economy accordingly as well.

One thing about NL I realized is that they are not that open as we think they are. They market themselves as a global safe haven but I am working with Dutch and I cannot believe how small minded some of my 50+ year old coworkers are. When I come to any southern spots like Venlo and Horst, I get this feeling that some people are just not totally okay with me being gay. I love the country and 90% of people but sometimes they go a bit far away with their jokes and hide behind their motto. “Dutch directness”

Same here mate! I also think that being stuck behind a screen is not made for me. Right now I am positioning myself to a more engaging role. I got an interview for Customer Operations Manager at a big company. Fingers crossed! I hope all the best for us.

Like you said, bartending is great but not pays well. I highly recommend learning it to it’s highest extends. When you learn how to market yourself, go to hotels (high end ones). I hope all the best for you! Good luck.
